Can i browse worker profiles?

No. To protect personal information and provide genuine support, our team handles matching after your request.

what exactly do you check?

National ID, minimum age of 18, two references by phone and an in-person interview.

How much does placement cost?

The final amount is still to be confirmed. It will always be shared before commitment and never charged to the worker.

What if the placement is unsuitable?

A new search is offered during the first 30 days, subject to final contract terms.

For workers

Do i pay to register?

No. Registration, interview and placement are always free for workers.

why do you ask for my ID?

To confirm your identity and age. The copy is never made public and remains restricted to authorized staff.

Will my references be called?

Yes. We call both people provided before approving an application.

Can i report an incident without losing my placement?

Yes. Reporting is confidential and will not cost your placement. We review the situation carefully.
